Considering Nielsen tells us the average time spent on any one particular website for a given session is 56 seconds, we feel it’s most effective to grab viewers’ attention, capture their imagination, give them an easy way to get more detailed information and let them go, leaving them wanting more (ie: scheduling a showing with you). Limiting the videos to roughly 3-4 minutes also forces us to include only the BEST aspects of the property and edit strategically and effectively. It’s the theory behind the great quote often credited to Mark Twain: “I would have written a shorter letter, but I did not have the time.”
