In one of our former lives at MeetingHouse Media, we worked extensively as Certified Residential Real Estate Appraisers. As part of the appraisal process, real estate appraisers are required to complete a floor plan sketch of the property in question. We’ve collectively drawn over 2,500 floor plans in our careers. To say we draw floor plans in our sleep would be an exaggeration. But not by much.

We come out to your listing, carefully measure the interior and exterior, take note of windows, doors, closets and special features and come back to the lab to create a beautiful PDF so everyone will clearly see just how awesome your listing truly is! Can you use our floor plans to reconstruct an exact replica of your listing from the ground up? Heck no. Our floor plans are intended for marketing and demonstration purposes only and they are not drawn with the surgical precision of a trained architect. What our floor plans will do is provide potential buyers with a crisp and clean vision of how all the individual rooms in your listing work together collectively to create a single, unified “home”.

We provide two PDF versions of the floor plans. An un-branded version that is compliant with MLS (we can even upload them to MLS for you if you’d like). And a version that is branded specifically to you for use everywhere else. They work great for listing packages, brochures and property websites as well!

Just don’t try and build anything with them, ok?
